Situated in the grounds of Alexander House but sheltered by trees all around Yurt Foxglove is cosy and comfortable, and designed for those of you who just can’t face fire lighting!  Located on a hill top overlooking Gleneagles, you are in easy reach of distilleries, castles and sensational walks over hills and across rivers. A feast for all your senses.

A stylish alternative to a traditional glamping pod, our cosy yurts are wind and waterproof, but they are definitely not sound proof – so do remember that you will be able to hear the wind, rain and animals around and about at night. We love the sound of the owls hooting and the wind rustling the trees, but if you are a light sleeper – do remember those ear plugs!

  • There is a walk of approx 100m from your parking area, so don’t forget to bring your walking boots too!
  • Please note – you will need a car to access our site, we do not recommend low slung sports cars due to the gravel track to access the properties, and in winter a 4×4 is recommended, although we do provide winter parking at the bottom of our driveway, and it is possible to walk up (1 mile uphill walk).
